Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. All orders are dispatched from Michigan.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every U.S. order. There is no minimum spend.

When your order ships

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day.

How long delivery takes

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather and peak holiday periods can add time.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with tracking the moment your deck ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days, email us and we will chase it down.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it is on its way. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable, we will email you to arrange a reshipment.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking says delivered but nothing showed up, email us within 30 days of the ship date and we will make it right.
